Wake Up Happy, SomnuLucent – A Gift from Wendi Friesen

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

How have you been sleeping lately?

Do you want to wake up refreshed and happy?

We all have our share of frequent or once-in-a-while insomnia.

I sure have my share. I usually have it when I have an important meeting tomorrow and the night before at the late hours when I need to hit the pillow the most, my mind is going over-drive, and I toss and turn trying but couldn’t go into sleep.

That’s agony.

Sleeplessness is devastating and causes stress, anger, exhaustion and frustration.

I know you probably find Wendi’s programs a God-send because she has in fact killed two birds in one stone.

Why?

Because the program she created uses hypnosis and sleep techniques together that not ONLY will help you sleep really well, but will ALSO transform your issues while you sleep.

Imagine that!

Now, imagine letting go… really letting go of fears, anxiety, worries, no matter how bad things are.

hummm….

As your brain sleeps, you absorb the the words and suggestions and ideas that float into your dreams.

You choose to feel more confident, unstoppable, healthier, worthy of success, loved- or maybe you want to program your dreams, or solve a complex problem.

How cool is this?

You get to do it while you sleep.

And just before you go to sleep, you decide how you want to feel – it’s like ordering your pizza toppings at your favorite restaurant. All you need to do is to select what you want, and viola, it is done to your specifications.

And if you decide to use the Wake Up Happy session in the morning, you will awaken to a powerful and productive day.

I am blown away…

I have been a great fan of Wendi and her programs. This program couldn’t have come at a most welcoming time.

And the best part: I am able to get and let you in on Wendi’s preview price that is usually ONLY for her members so you can try this out at a big discount.

Hear what some happy folks have to say about “Wake Up Happy, SomnuLucent

Wendi,

My biggest accomplishment after using Wake Up Happy-  The amazing focus and determination I find I have to accomplish a weight reduction goal and how it has effected, my attitude at so many levels (Food, Exercise, Mental Health and Love).

I have often felt overwhelmed, I find myself breaking things down and systematically working toward completion.  I feel I am looking for solutions and letting go of places where I have procrastinated because I was not clear about how to proceed.  This change has been very noticeable.

Wendi, each one of the wake up track is just that, a call to wake up the greatness that we all have inside of us.  I look forward to seeing how extended use will effect me.  There is so much good stuff on each track that it may take me a while to absorb it all.  For now I can say the Wake Ups are a great reminder to think healthy thoughts.
Thanks for letting me try the trial…   Blessings!!!!!

Dear Wendi,

I felt happy about starting my day for the first time since…I don’t even know when.

My biggest accomplishment after using Wake Up Happy- De-cluttering my home, and feeling excited about it.

How do I feel about tasks, projects and jobs to do? from “it’s tolerable” (dishes and laundry) to “it feels great” (de-cluttering and organizing)

It’s just so great to wake up to something besides the annoying, grating beeping of my alarm clock and instead hear positive, encouraging thoughts and ideas.  I wake up with such an amazingly positive attitude, that even if I’m tired, and have had little sleep, I somehow manage to be happy about starting a new day.  My 13 year old daughter asks me to play it for her, too.  Her favorite is “energized and alert” and mine is “deepest gratitude”.

Dear Wendi

I am looking forward to getting things done. I am also making sure that I am looking my best.
I
have gotten all my laundry done for the first time in 30 years. I am a single mom of 10 children so this is no easy task. I never knew you could actually finish the laundry.

I have been feeling excited to get more and more done at work and at home. I have always felt that I
could never get everything done in a day but now after just 5 days of using your program everything in my house is in order and I mean everything!  My handwriting has even become much neater.  I work at night driving. So I have just been turning on the computer and letting the program play while I nap in the morning when I get home. I must say though that now I have been cooking the kids a hot breakfast and making sure they have everything they need for the day. I use to just come home and crash on the bed and hope they did everything they were suppose to do.

My whole outlook on everything has changed and so quickly it’s unbelievable!

Acrophobia – My First Step on Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge

Posted by admin on December 26, 2008

Do you have any phobia?

Well, I do have a case of acrophobia. I feel uneasy on top of a ladder and I sure know that I will feel nausea high up on roller coaster rides even although I am not afraid being inside a skyscraper.

“Acrophobia is a severe fear of heights. Now being afraid of heights is a common and sometimes appropriate feeling. But the phobia part kicks in when you feel afraid in a safe environment such as inside a skyscraper. Acrophobia is treated with graded exposure therapy.”

And once you know you are afraid of something and it is only natural that you don’t go near that thing or do that thing. So, that phobia sticks with you and the more you think of it, the more you are afraid.

Last time I was in Vancouver my friend took me to Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge not knowing that I have acrophobia.

Well, the sights and the surrounding are pretty amazing, but as I am walking up to the edge of the bridge, my fear just kicks in. My palms are sweating, and I think, oh no, no way am I going to step on that bridge!

My friend keeps encouraging me saying “that’s safe” while I stand hesitating and thinking how am I going to retreat and avoid this?

At about the same time, there was a young guy who is like me scared while his friends nudge him on.

Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge

As you can see from the pictures, the sides of the bridge are open, and it seems there are only ropes that tie it together, and I don’t have to look down the creek below to smell fear.

My face must have turned white with the goosebumps because I just cannot muster the courage to take my first step.

My friend keeps urging me to go on.

Finally, I say “what the heck”, and take that bold step to move forward.

When I am on the bridge, it is really, really scary because the bridge jiggles so much with every step of my and others. There are some kids who playfully make stronger steps so the bridge sways even more so to the sides.

I hold onto the rail as tight as I could. I dare not glance anywhere but the way ahead until I make it across to the other side.

Phew. I catch my breath and stand on my shaking feet.

Fact about the bridge:

It’s pretty narrow too, and it is just wide enough for two people to pass each other. The bridge was built in 1912, so instead of solid steel, you’ve got narrow wooden slats under your feet. And that’s all that’s separating you from a 166 foot drop to Lynn Creek below.

The bridge, they say, is 100% safe–although I sure don’t feel like it.

Nobody has ever fallen off it although people have jumped. Every summer at least one daredevil loses his life jumping off either the bridge or the rocks into the beckoning blue pools below.

The view from the bridge is spectacular if you have the nerve to stop and look at it.

Now getting over to one side is just half of the ordeal. I have to do it again to make it back.

But the return journey is not as bad and I swiftly move until I reach over to my friend.

That young guy also overcomes his fear and walks across.

That day, I pat on my shoulder for having made a very bold step forward.

So do you have any fear, phobia?

Do you have any endeavor that you want to do but are afraid of the unknown or the challenges ahead?

Well, my friend, just make that baby step.

Just say, “What the heck”, I can do it.

Don’t think too much.

Just do it.

How a 15 Year Old Built and Sold His Website for $62K

Han Sup Yoon

When you think economy is so bad and most anyone you know is unemployed, listen to this inspiring story of how a 15 year old managed to build ZuneBoards.com and sold it for $62,000.

Han Sup Yoon may just be your ordinary, next door kid. He does not yet have college or Harvard MBA education. Yet he has more than enough common sense and entrepreneur know-how to go about his business.

Hear what he says about trying to make money online running community driven websites:

“You can’t set up a forum, invite people over, and expect it to flourish.

Be unique, and think like a businessman.

Ask yourself questions. Why do people sign up and leave? Why are people not posting? Do something UNIQUE that makes guests WANT to stay.

Strategize on how to be successful. ZuneBoards was established months before the Zune itself was released, because I knew it’d give us a head start on search rankings. We recruited hackers before the Zune was released, and as soon as it was released, we released a Zune hack within days. That Zune hack was our huge “breakthrough,” as we started to receive tens and thousands of hits, and hundreds of registrations in a single day.

We continued to release these types of things often, and we, ZuneBoards STOOD for something. It wasn’t just another place to talk about zunes, it was a unique place to discuss the modding of the Zune.

But don’t just stop there. Continue to seek more and more ways to make your community stand for something. Monopolize, outsmart your competition.

As soon as Zune Games were confirmed, we immediately started setting out plans on how to dominate in that category. We set up forum categories for Zune games (note, that this is still months they were actually released), and immediately started SEO work, and set up a plan of what exactly to do as soon as games for the Zune were released.”

So if you set your mind on doing something and just go about doing it, you will learn, fail and then eventually succeed.

It’s a journey well rewarded.
