A dilemma: Can you keep your coffee addiction but avoid that guilty conscience?
Well, $3.95 for a venti Caramel Macchiato, I feel guilty about paying that much now considering I could have used that $3.95 for almost a gallon of gas.
So, it is no wonder Starbucks shares have plummeted more than 50 percent in the past two years. They have recently declared closing 600 non-performing stores.
Coffee is an expensive addiction because just one venti a day could amount to $118.50 a month.
It is a bit hard to justify indulging our little desires.
So, what can you do instead?
Stop drinking coffee altogether, or find an alternative and cheaper ways?
For this purpose, I have looked around to find cheaper coffee deals that will let me feel less guilty.
Two outfits here:
Coffee for Less sells all brands like Starbucks, Peets, Green Mountain, Godiva, Maxwell, Folgers, etc. Wow, I didn’t know Wolfgang Pucks has coffee too. They also carry coffee machine, espresso machines and pods, etc.
Interesting enough, you know how many shots of espresso yield in one pound of coffee?
Can you guess?
Wow, answer is 65.
So, you can see that Starbucks is making a huge profit on us java addicts.
Another good place to get coffee is Community Coffee.
I must say they do have a funny name.
